If you find that you do have the signs and symptoms of adrenal fatigue, get this free home study course: http://www.adrenalfatiguecourse.com. Of if you feel like you need professional help, see a naturopathic doctor.
Joint separation usually happens with contact injuries, and if your joints are separated, you usually know it. However, some people may feel pain, and other people may not. Regardless of whether pain is felt or not, your strength will be inhibited because the nervous system is shutting down the strength of the muscles to prevent further damage to the joints. If the muscles surrounding a loose or separated joint have the ability to pull hard, they can separate the joint even more, which will weaken the muscles even more, and a vicious cycle begins.
If you do have a separated or unstable joint, youâll need to first see your doctor, and then, possibly a surgeon, physical therapist or a chiropractor. There are the odd cases when a joint is separated or unstable and a person doesnât know it. Here is how you can test if thatâs your case: get a partner who knows what heâs doing to artificially stabilize a target joint for you (heâll use his hands to hold the joint together). If youâre stronger with the joint artificially stabilized, and weaker without it, you have an unstable or separated joint.
This next one will come as no surprise to you, but a torn muscle will not generate much force for the simple fact that it is torn. Just like a joint separation/instability, it may or may not hurt, and most often, if you have a torn muscle, youâll know it. If your muscle is indeed torn, see your doctor, who will most likely refer you to a surgeon.
